Initiate RMA Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific items.
Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original manufacturer box with all accessories, then pack it inside a sturdy shipping carton with adequate protective padding.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the package and ship it via a tracked service to our central processing facility.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the hardware for integrity; once approved, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 business days.
